At New Horizon Community Outreach, our vision is “To see a generation, within the London Borough of Hackney and beyond, attain its visionary potential, impacting every neighbourhood, breaking down barriers, supporting and influencing lives positively socially, ethically, and morally”.
The message from New Horizon Community Outreach’s leadership comes from the heart, not just words on a page. Just imagine a neighbourhood, a borough, a city, a country, a continent, and the world pulling together for one common goal. That goal is to envisage the impossible becoming positively possible.
NHCO has a clear and unwavering focus to empower the marginalized, amplify the voices of the unheard, provide direction towards critical nourishment to those who are starving, ensure compassionate care for the elderly, and relentlessly fight against all forms of social injustice. This aim and focus are non-negotiable, and we will stop at nothing to achieve it.
As the Leadership team heading this project, we firmly acknowledge the veracity of the proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child.” NHCO unequivocally relies on the contribution of every individual to fulfil its vision and mission.

Our shared goal at NHCO is to improve the quality of life in our local neighbourhood and the wider community. Due to our constant dedication to our community, we are aware of the demographic shifts and, in certain circumstances, the obstacles that may stand in the way of the lives of individual achievements. As an organisation, we are aware that, meeting the demands of the community requires our services to constantly change and adapt to remain relevant. By establishing and providing opportunities that will improve lives, we will continue to work hard to create opportunities and invest in our community, to further contribute to the foundation already laid for the next generation.

Regardless of their background, I strive to provide practical solutions and support to anyone who has lost hope in finding someone to listen to their problems.
Collaboration with partners who share our collective goal is crucial, and we work to create creative and where possible income-generating opportunities to help those in need.
Through these partnerships, I aim to stir NHCO to seek ways to provide welfare assistance to individuals and groups who require support.

As new challenges arise regarding the needs, dreams, and aspirations of people in the borough and the city of London, my position as the Administration Manager of NHCO allows me to serve the community uniquely. It is a great privilege and honour to contribute to the needs of the people around us, and I am dedicated to this cause every day

I have accumulated over 30 years of expertise in accountancy and finance, working in private and charity sectors both in the UK and overseas. As the CFO, I am in charge of managing our finances and have been instrumental in developing our financial procedures.
At NHCO, we uphold a rigorous policy of allocating 100% of donations to guarantee that every penny received is properly spent and distributed. Our organisation is founded on the values of honesty and financial responsibility.

As a highly resourceful and organised professional with expertise in community development, I have extensive experience working with diverse communities, including refugees, migrants, and marginalised groups.
As Director of Bid Acquisition for NHCO, I have developed social enterprises and community-owned programs to address regional needs. My work focuses on alleviating poverty, promoting equal access, and championing human rights. I am dedicated to building resilient communities through education, capacity building, and policy development.

My name is Mauro Joaquim. With half a decade of experience in the property industry, I have sourced hundreds of thousands of pounds of property deals to investors.
My journey has been closely intertwined with the assistant living property sector. I have worked for over a decade, particularly in other business acquisitions.
As the director of property investments for NHCO, I am dedicated to strategically positioning NHCO in the brick-and-mortar industry.
This strategic positioning allows us to provide the community with education and investment opportunities within the property industry and ensures the creation of organisational/generational wealth.
As the director of property investments for NHCO, my role is more than just creating wealth for the organisation. It’s about building wealth to sustain and grow NHCO and ensuring a bright future for our community.
